I grind my teeth while I sleep and don’t want to damage them. I’ve looked at night guards to buy, but I don’t know what to look for. How much should I expect to pay for one that will work well and last long? How can I tell which night guard is of good quality?

The most important thing to consider, if you have been evaluated, is to determine if you have another disorder besides grinding your teeth. We do not sell night guards, and I am unable to suggest a reasonable price.
