I feel like having sleep apnea makes it harder for me to exercise. I am confused if being overweight is causing my sleep apnea, or if having sleep apnea is causing my weight problems? If I fix my diet and exercise routine, will my sleep apnea go away?

Sleep apnea lowers the metabolic rate, makes it easier to gain weight, and harder to lose weight! Weight loss through diet and exercise is the most effective thing that can be done to cure sleep apnea! In severe cases of sleep apnea, weight loss may not cure it, but it will make it easier to treat.
