I am not sure what my sleeping problem is. Sometimes I feel very drowsy during the day and sometimes it is difficult to fall asleep at night. Will taking a nap in the day help regulate my sleep schedule? Are there benefits to napping and can they help alleviate some sleep disorders?

Napping is typically not helpful for your sleep pattern and will sometimes prevent you from falling asleep at night. If you have a sleep disorder, generally napping will not treat or cure it.
