My loud snoring keeps my partner awake at night and she wants me to wear a nose clip. I am worried that if I have sleep apnea, using a nose clip could make my condition worse. Are there any over-the-counter snoring treatments that would worsen possible sleep apnea and any that would improve it?

Thank you for the question. Unfortunately, over-the-counter sleep aids do not cure sleep apnea.
